No, you do not have to make an appointment to tour, but it is recommended so that you have dedicated time to learn about our apartment community.
How accessible is the management at the local office?
Our office staff is happy to help you during normal business hours. We are open MWF 8:30 am to 5:30pm. Our community is closed on the weekends and Tuesdays and Thursdays
How do I apply for an apartment?
You can apply online through our website.

What happens if I had a previous eviction?
We encourage you to apply if you are interested in leasing one of our apartment homes. For more information please refer to our rental criteria.
How long does it take for an application to be approved?
Our normal process time can very, for most cases they can be completed in 1 to 3 business days
How much will I pay in up-front costs when I sign the lease?
You will be responsible for an application fee ($75per person) and admin fee ($125).
What are my options for paying my rent?
We prefer that you pay your rent online.
How do I pay my rent online?
You may pay your rent online after you set up your resident account.
Are there any monthly fees?

Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?
Yes, you are required to have renter's insurance.

Utilities are not included in your rent.
Does this community offer a bonus if I was referred by one of my friends?
Friends and family make the best neighbors. We offer resident referrals; please contact the leasing office for more details. $400 for the residenet referrals
Can I get a price reduction if I sign a longer lease or pay for rent a year in advance?
No, we do not offer a price reduction for paying in advance.
If I transfer from one apartment community to another, will my security deposit transfer to the new community or do I need to pay another security deposit?
An additional deposit is required for your new home. It is $500 for the trasnfer unit deposit and do have the option to have a jetty policy bond amoung of $500, but just remember that jetty is no refundable
Will I be allowed to sublet my apartment?
No, you are not permitted to sublet your apartment.
What fees will I need to pay if I have to break my lease?
A 60-day written notice is required and a lease termination fee equal to one month's rent.

The pool is open from 10am to 10pm Tueday- Sunday. Monday its closed for maintenance

Yes, we offer on-site parking and carports.
Is your community pet friendly?
Yes, we love your furry friends. We allow up to two pets per apartment. Breed restrictions will apply.
What are the fees associated with having pets?
There is a one-time pet fee of $400 and monthly pet rent of $20. These fees are applied per pet.
Are there weight or breed restrictions on pets?
Yes, we do enforce breed restrictions. More than happy to email you this information for you to review
Is there a pet park?
Yes, we offer a dog park.
What appliances are standard?
We offer black or stainless-steel energy-efficient appliances that include refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and oven.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
No, we do not.

If I have a package delivered, will you hold it at the leasing office?
No, but we offer parcel lockers.

We offer an array of fitness equipment including free weights and cardio machines.

The quiet hours are from 10pm to 5am daily.

Your apartment will be clean and ready for you to move in.

Yes, we offer on-site maintenance, including after-hours emergency maintenance.

You can place a maintenance request online or you can text Maya.
How are maintenance issues handled?
Our residents submit maintenance requests online. Our team will work diligently to take care of the issue as soon as possible.
Do I have to be present for a service technician to perform work?
No, you do not have to be present for a work order to be completed.
